Our App called FM Quizilla:

• App – The App helps to prepare for the FileMaker Certification Exam and is made available to users on Google’s Play Store and the App Store. The Application is a paid-app which does not require registration. No personal data is collected.
• FM Quizilla is a subscription-based application. The default download is a free trial app with limited access to the questions and premium features like Practice tests and Tips for all modules. When you subscribe to the app, you will get full access to the application with all premium features and access to all questions. As a subscriber, you will receive regular updates if any.  The In-App subscription is an annual subscription, which is automatically renewed each year. You can cancel the subscription anytime through the Appstore/Google Play store account settings upto 24 hours before the subscription ends.
• Location – FM Quizilla does not track location of the Mobile Device.
• Distribution of Personal Data – The Application does not capture personal details of the user and is not associated with any third party. No details are shared with any Third Parties.
• Sharing results of tests with friends on Social Media – FM Quizilla application, allows you to share scores on your profile page, to share with others within your network. During this process the application does not store the Social Media Credentials.
• Uninstalling the Application – You can easily uninstall the Application by using the standard uninstall process available in a Mobile Device. On un-installing the FM Quizilla application, the user can reinstall the application and login with the registered ID.

We may also obtain data from third parties including: Third party event organizers where the event is sponsored by MetaSys Software. Organizers might provide the attendee list or your details may be collected during our participation in Trade Shows. Under the GDPR the lawful bases for this processing is our legitimate interest in organizing and running such events, or consent, where requested and obtained. To manage, administer and fulfil the obligations under contracts, and regulations Where MetaSys Software is in a contractual relationship with you (other than an employment relationship) or your employer or your company or we are taking steps to enter into such a contractual relationship, we will need to process your personal information, usually limited to name, business contact details and job title in order to enter into and/or fulfil the obligations arising from the same contract, such as providing you or your employer or company with the services you have requested or make use of the services that you or your employer or company are offering to us. In such cases, we will also comply with any additional restrictions imposed by the source of the data.
